Family at Christmas!

Naked Cats!!

All the cats got new collars for Christmas (except Henri who refuses to wear one) and, in less than 24 hours, both Salsa and Chip figured out how to take them off. Salsa's collar is still missing. We have naked cats!!

The living room waits, empty, in anticipation for the new sofa to be delivered!

Thanksgiving Turkey

After spending the previous day in an icy brine, the Thanksgiving turkey rested, protected beneath the predator shield.

Meanwhile, in the neighboring room, the feline predator waited for her opportunity to snack on the delicious bird!

Finally the turkey was roasted and carved, successfully protected from predators both canine and feline. The man of the house carved the turkey for all to enjoy!

Thursday night we went to Havana Rumba with Michael and Kate and my parents.

Big Dog Water Fountain!!

The cats love the freshest waters in their fountain upstairs... so we bought a second fountain for downstairs! It's the Big Dog fountain from Drinkwell, and it's huge!!

The cats love it but, ironically, the dog is afraid of it......

Michael on Memorial Day Weekend!

We had an amazing meal with lots of steak on the grill, and lots of good beer!
