Kiran’s 15-Month Pediatric Visit
Kiran had two doctor appointments on two consecutive days, so he wasn’t in the best spirit when we went to see Dr. Hughes. His appointment the day before at Riley Metabolism went very well! They were pleased with his growth and muscle tone. But when we went to see Dr. Hughes, he started with “not this again” preemptory crying.
Luckily Mom and Dad were able to bring back the happy baby with a little playtime 
And now for the stats… Kiran weighs a healthy 23 pounds 14 ounces and is a whopping 31 inches tall. Both these figures are in the 50th percentile for his age group. His head is 47.4 centimeters, nearing the 75th percentile, to protect his growing brain. He got lots of vaccinations at this appointment: DTAP, Hib, PCV13, MMR, and Chickenpox. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that he stays healthy!

A Boy and His Slide… An Epic Tale

Hah! Our hero laughs in the face of danger!
He ascends to the summit with his test subjects…
…he checks his altitude and wind speed…
… and he releases the test subjects to ensure the trail is safe!
With the test subjects safe at base camp, he prepares for his own launch.
